I thought earlier today that GOP sex pest creep Tony Gonzalez would quit Congress, right after Eric Swalwell declared he would resign, but I didn't put that prediction out in the world. Pretty obvious outcome, because Know Nothing Speaker Mike Johnson no longer needs Gonzalez to keep a majority.

Watching Michigan softball...got in for free for doing the 5k on campus this morning. Might have come out anyway - it's Michigan v Ohio State and it's 75 degrees out here. Anyway, first 2 buckeyes hit home runs and the next three have singled to load em up. So things could be going better.

Similar to how the Detroit Red Wings just slumped their way out of the playoffs, except in the Spurs case, it's been a season long slump (except for the first 3 games, perhaps).
