I have a new family doctor and I love him. he so far actually gives a shit, he is getting me all my followup care from last year, did an immunity workup w/o me having to ask. he actually calls me by my name (first doctor ever), etc.

One of the things I truly love about Parkdale is I've never seen a place organize so fast and hard. The government can try to do sneaky shit on a Friday, and by Sunday they've organized and covered whole area in notices, and by Monday the government is walking it back.

putting on my (lighter) winter jacket and finding a receipt in the pocket from May 21 really underscores how we just don't get summer anymore this last decade one month of actual summer, cold and wet by mid-August, people wearing heavy jackets and hoodies at the CNE, but thankfully a warmish autumn
