I think Tacticooler is in it's weakest spot comp wise. After the horrible, miserable, and uncalled for addition of Aura these last patches. It feels like it's on the level of Undercover Brella in terms of strength, if not weaker. And the QSJ has no reward for the amount of risk you put yourself in.
