Honestly I think a majority of my depression drowning me rn is my poor heart health which makes me frustrated that health issues always rip at my light n freedom but also this was caused by the abuse of various others thru diff points of my life Like a taunting of my ptsd

I slept all day and skipped dinner and only ate before sleeping, finally ate tho It was pizza n wasnt in mood but made sure to eat a good amount
