The GOP has no real healthcare plan - just cuts. As millions face higher premiums, the GOP offers ZERO alternative to lower costs or expand coverage. Their strategy? Slash programs & make families pay the price. Meanwhile, House Dems are working to protect healthcare - just as we've done before.

My statement on the Trump Administration's decision to withhold funding for the Hudson Tunnel Project:

We don’t mince words in Jersey.

The Republican Party will be responsible for any harm that this shutdown causes. Full stop. House Democrats are committed to making government work for you - the American people - by lowering costs and making healthcare more accessible. That’s what this fight is about. 💪

In a few hours, the government could shut down. And instead of working to prevent it, Trump is in a room with our top generals — threatening America’s cities. House Democrats are here in DC ready to work, ready to protect our communities, and ready to put people first.
