See the carving process on the 'Tele-vision' linocut. With this linocut I tried something new to get the static effect on the TV. I combined lines with tiny dots here to get more of a grey-scale, which I think worked pretty well.

From sketch to final linoprint Especially with big and detailed linocuts I have found it works best for me to get the drawing as finished as possible as a digital drawing and then transfer onto the lino block, so I can avoid any mistakes while carving. #linoprint #digitaldrawing #art #illustration

I love creating the backgrounds for my pieces, thinking about what the rooms could look like, what furniture to place and what patterns to use. I also use the backgrounds for contrast, I always think about where I need something white, black or where to create greys with textures.
