Elementals in my Greek mythology d&d setting are summoned by binding fire, air, water or earth to a clay mask. Depending on the mask (humanoid or animalistic) the summoned entity moves and acts like the chosen form. Plus it acts like an elemental "core/anchor", helping show damage dealt to it!

I understand the impulse, ESPECIALLY among my countryfolk, to hate the US. But the people preaching to ICE, the people in the frog costumes, the dancing in LA, the old ladies choosing to give up maybe the last warm Saturday of the year to chant, the neighbors passing out whistles- they’re America.
