I’m sure someone who was in the industry could confirm or deny but I’ve recently heard of the term “yellow lighting” for animated shows. Meaning the show is neither cancelled or renewed so the show can’t be sold to another company to profit off of depending on the contract. Nothing is coming back.

I find it interesting that a lot of animation fans will determine how good a show is solely based on if it has an overarching story or not. I know folks who will not watch episodic cartoons. Which is weird because some of the best cartoons don’t have that. That used to not be a requirement.

So my spoiler free Mario Galaxy movie review is: So this movie was what I expected the first movie to be like. First one actually had a bit more of a story. But I had so much fun!! Bowser and Bowser Jr fans should be very happy. I certainly was!
