In exile, Belarusian democratic forces deepen ties with the EU institutions Opposition leader Tsikhanouskaya signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the European Economic and Social Committee to support the participation of exiled Belarusians in EU civil society networks.

We remain steadfast in supporting Modova’s path to EU accession, championing fair wages and robust social protections for all workers.

I was honoured to meet with Maia Sandu, President of Moldova, today in Chișinău. 🇲🇩 We had an engaging discussion on Moldova’s 🇪🇺 path, democratic resilience & the key role of civil society. I welcomed Moldova’s progress in its EU accession & reaffirmed the @eesc.bsky.social support on this journey.
