Just saw the new #Superman movie. It's as fantastic as I'd been hearing. It feels like a superhero movie that actually has something to say about politics, identity, and humanity. It's refreshing among a genre of movies that has been so generic for quite a while. Definitely a must watch!

I already love Epic Universe. If the future of the park also included Wicked and Lord of the Rings, it would make the park even more incredible. Love all the build-outs that Park Lore does. It always feels more like art than just simply a park map or a concept.

On the #NintendoSwitch2 announcement: I'm happy that's the name #Nintendo went with. No "U" or "X" or "S" at the end of it. It's easy for consumers to understand. The new Joy-Con look nice and the console overall has improved QoL features. I wish they'd showed a bit more for the reveal though.

Finished the penultimate season of #HTTYD Race to the Edge and I loved that twist villain reveal. I see how they were setting it up this season, but I wonder how long that twist was actually planned. Did the writers know earlier on or did they think it'd just be fun to do?

Watched the #DoctorWho Christmas special last night and, without giving major spoilers, I liked it! Had some Power of Three vibes, which were welcome and cozy, and the plot had some of the usual Moffat time shenanigans. Not the best Christmas episode ever, but about as on par with Mysterio for me.

Went to a Sonic 3 midnight showing. I had two different people compliment my "Spyro" shirt. #Epcot #Figment

Finished watching S4E11 of #HTTYD Race to the Edge, Blindsided, and it was really well done. I'm surprised they decided to dive into the Hiccup and Astrid arc. I figured they'd wait until the last episode of the show. Interested to see how this changes things, even if I'm a Heastrid shipper myself.

One of the most surprising things about #London so far has been that barely any of my team here are #DoctorWho fans. They'll recommend I go to the London Eye and I'll say "oh, the Auton satellite dish" and no one gets the joke. Anyone who has seen the show only has Tennant as their favorite Doctor.

I just finished reading Light from Uncommon Stars by @rykaaoki.bsky.social. This book is phenomenal - a real page turner - and, as a queer person, makes me feel seen. The story is a captivating and fresh mix of sci-fi, magical realism, and romance.

I've got a business trip to London coming up. It will be my first time in the UK. I won't have that much free time because of work meetings, but does anyone have suggestions of fun touristy or non-touristy things to do in the evenings?

It's so weird walking into Target and hearing the #Wicked soundtrack playing instead of holiday music. As a fan of #musicals it's kind of cool having Wicked be this mainstream.

Putting the Muppets on a high-speed, indoor rollercoaster with multiple inversions is... a choice. RIP MV3D and Muppets Courtyard. It makes me wonder if there'd not been plans to keep Muppets at DHS at all and then the fan outcry after D23 resulted in this decision.

Going to give some spoiler-free thoughts on the #Wicked movie. Overall, I liked it. As a #musical fan it's great and all the non-musical friends I went with liked it. Casting is on-point. I was most worried about the movie feeling too long or overstuffed with new content and that wasn't the case.

Going to see one of the #Wicked early access screenings today. It's apparently gotten a good reception so far considering it's an almost 3 hour adaptation of Act I. So I remain cautiously optimistic going into it. #musicals
