The steaks were a little more done than I would have liked, but they were still good. The potatoes were fantastic and exactly what I was craving.

I'm making steaks and roasted potatoes for dinner for my kid and I. I'm going to make some steamed broccoli, too. I think my least favorite things to do in the kitchen are peeling & mincing garlic and chopping herbs. It's worth it for tasty potatoes.

I've been messing around with a Lego Software demo disc from 2001. I'm running it on my little Windows 98 computer. There's a lot of neat stuff on this demo disc. I will probably do a video on the RA2 channel about it.

At 2pm I put dry rub on some ribs, wrapped them in foil, and put them in the oven at 200°F. Around 7pm, they were ready for some sauce and little time on the grill. Eating them was bliss after having to spend all day smelling them in the oven.
