The current model of subscription based everything is getting old. Today I've cancelled 5 different "vampire subscriptions" that slowly drained my credit card each month. Stuff I hardly ever used (::cough:: sirusXM). This purge of applications and subscriptions kick I've been on feels great!

You know what feels great? Taking the time to sterilize your Facebook account and scrub all of your post, pics and videos from the platform. I haven't deleted the account entirely just yet . I still have a lot of family and friends on the platform. But by 1/1/2026 I will pull the trigger .

I've thought about it and decided that TikTok isn't worth my time. The flip flopping and drama that is to come with the app I don't wish to be part of. Goodbye TikTok. Say hello to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for me

Welp TikTok is back. though I'm not optimistic it will last. I have this feeling it will become a state sponsored app ( musk or zuck will buy it ) in the coming weeks. Sigh.. Yet another propaganda tool. I wish tom from Myspace would return. .

TikTok shuttering in the US and Zuckerberg trying to masculinize meta and puckering up to the new administration has left me leery of using their services. While I do enjoy the brainrot they both provide . It feels as if I have lost a ton of extra weight mentally.
