i reached a point with Saltenpepper where although i have hundreds of ideas for it, everytime i try and work on it, even just for myself, it feels like trying to run in a dream, things just feel forced and slow, it makes me sad but i don't think i'll be able to work on it anymore, even for fun

Some months ago the Saltenpepper team and I decided to finally give up on the game project, none of us had enough time or resources to put into it and i realised i was completely done with it. I'll put together a book of all my work on it as a send off. Here's some never seen stuff in the meantime

The unusual night

One of the first creature ideas I pitched at the start of Dragon was the Pinoceros, and it stuck! Erika & I went on a walk in the woods talking about the project, our early memories of playing pretend in the forest, favorite rpgs, and by the time we got back the pino was hatched!

Just before things started to nosedive on twitter, I posted a thread that walked through the massive body of work I did over the last three years (on an inspiring team) on the cancelled Project Dragon aka Everhaven. For posterity I reckon I'll repost that thread, piece by piece, over here ✨
