Indian Express in Caroline Street showing why they're one of my favourite cheap eats in the city centre. Fresh naan chicken tikka wrap: £7.50 and big enough to choke a donkey. (Literally. Am now blacklisted by the RSPCA).

My Feb tinned fish highlights. Sardines 'Xoubas' (fried with tomatoes & peppers) by Ramón Peña, Horse Mackerel in Brava sauce by ABC+, Curried Tuna belly (my new favourite tinned tuna) by Real Conservera and lastly delicious and delicate Sardine fillets in EVOO by Sea Sisters in the UK.
