Just called bc of some water leaking from a hole in the sidewalk and flooding another busy intersection and I’m the first to report it. After a few days it still hasn’t gotten fixed so I call and it seems I’m still the only one who’s called about it. What’s wrong with people???

It’s crazy how many people pass by a problem on the street and don’t call their city to get it fixed. Had blinking traffic lights on a very busy intersection for three days and I finally call 311 and I’m the first to report it. Literally 100s of cars pass by there a day and no one thought to call.

Haven’t moved my dog’s bed from the spot it was moved to for his passing. Went out of town the morning after and it still feels wrong to move after coming back. His little collar and bandana are lying on top of his pillow as if he was still sleeping there. His absence is so deeply felt.

I just put my dog Argos to sleep a little while ago. To say I’m devastated is an understatement. I had him for 15+ years (he would’ve been 16 on June 11) and he meant the world to me. I’ve spent half of my life with him by my side. He was my little son and I’m going to miss him so so much.
