I know I missed #MedalMonday as I traveled home, but race number 2 is in the books. Ryan got a PR & finished 26th overall which is great. He kicked a**. I had 1 of my slower halfs, but still finished 4th in my age group.

Last warm up before tomorrow's half. I think Ryan and I are all acclimated to the elevation. Tomorrow should be fun. And if you are thinking about how to help people battling cancer I invite you to my fundraiser.

Did my last hill route training run before the 2nd (of 4) halfs here in 2026. The legs felt good. The weather was not cold but it was colder than the last few days. It was good running weather. Ryan graduates Saturday and then we are off to Lake Tahoe to celebrate!
