The first Eye For An Eye had great action, but the story dragged it down. Part 2 does much better and uses the Lone Wolf and Cub formula and the actions is even better. I do wish the edit turned down a notch or two. Might be a budget constraint? That said, flaming swords are cool no matter what!

Had not heard of Razorback (1984) beforehand. A fairly standard creature feature story, basically Jaws with a massive wild boar. But really well executed were you can feel the danger and it looks absolutely amazing!

Finished watching Star Trek: Lower Decks. Sad to see this show end. It strikes the perfect balance of making fun of Star Trek while also just being a great Star Trek show!

Black Doves isn't bringing anything new to the table. Luckily it's still very watchable, Ben Whishaw is great as is Keira Knightley. Could have done with yet again the same flashback, but plenty of fun moment and touches!

inished the third, and final, season of What If…? There are fun episodes (I want a life action version of episode 2!) and I like how they wrap everything up into a bow, but doesn’t quite have the highs of the previous seasons. Still nice to have Natasha Lyonne be part of the MCU!

Veteran 2 (I, Executioner) is a worthy follow up. A bit formulaic and predictable, but executed with a lot of skill, humour & energy. The highlights include is water rooftop brawl, a hilarious gambling den bust and high speed parkour chase. Now I really want a cross-over with The Roundup franchise.

Dream Productions is delightful! I almost didn’t watch this, because I didn’t care for Inside Out 2. Which was mostly just a rehash of part 1. This one however was really fun! Much more funny and original than the movie.

Encountered a really weird bug with out detail/accordion Vue component. Because there was a dynamic `name` property on (with a fixed value) it removes the `open` attribute (even when it's static). A bit hacky solution, only render it after the component has been mounted.... 😵‍💫

I really loved Arcane season 2. S1 was definitely better in terms of story, which is often shorthanded here because of the scope and time restrains. The audiovisual spectacle is still unparalleled! Breathtaking shots & epic action scenes still in service to story development and emotional pay offs

Caught up episode 7 of DanDaDan. Wow! Didn’t know this show had “that” in it. One of the best tv episodes I’ve ever seen.
