Bombed my Viper placements (intentionally went in w/o knowing my combos fully) and have been slowly climbing up through D1, but I think it's to my benefit - would rather make my mistakes here where losing is less punishing. It's also nice to feel the incremental mastery trickle in.

Learning Viper has been a challenge because it’s like I’ve been deprived of the tools or strategies I normally lean on (big pokes, bulldogging to corner, simple confirms, etc.), which is partly why I wanted to try in the first place. I just hope I can hold out. 🙃
