This week the Cuckoo Trail in East Sussex takes the crown as our Route of the Week! 👑 The 10-mile largely traffic-free route takes you from Heathfield to Polegate, passing through a mixture of broadleaf woodland, open grassland and pastures.

Sue, one of our donors regularly cycles along the Network to raise funds for charity. The 67-year-old, who has heart disease and a pacemaker fitted, says training for her long-distance rides keeps her mind and her body happy.

This week's Route of the Week takes us along the north Welsh coast, from Rhos-On-Sea to Pensarn. The 7-mile, largely traffic free route, runs along the wide sea promenade at Colwyn Bay, with fantastic views along the coast and up towards the hills inland. 🌊🌿 📷 John Ansell
