New SL Stage RTA World Record!!! Finally, we have officially successfully routed the HOLY GRAIL of blindfolded 120 Star: cloning coins. This will save around 1 hour compared to my 2022 run. BIG video about this soon!

Yesterday, we found a new and consistent way to save ~5s in Whomps for blindfolded SM64 speedruns! Both the tower and boss star are improved, which means HUGE new WR grind for 16 Star and Beat Dark World incoming! 😁

New Blindfolded SM64 - LLL Stage RTA World Record! By far the biggest improvement to 120 Star since 2022. LLL 100 was one of the hardest stars in the game, now its a 5 minute star and really consistent. Only 4 stages left till runs!!!

Super Mario 64 - 70 Stars in 50 A Presses, HUGE PB!!! The new route I came up with saved a ton of time, plus the execution of it all was also great! Super happy with that time and I think I will move on for now! GG!

Super Mario 64 - 70 Star A Button Challenge in under 3 hours! The new route and practice is paying off, next run will hopefully be a sub 2:30! Its a super super cool run that I plan to submit to some marathons including AGDQ this year! More improvements soon!

I beat Super Mario 64 with 70 Stars with only 44 A Presses!!! This was an incredibly difficult run that I have practiced for the last month, but wow the A Button Challenge is so much fun! Also happy that I got sub 5.5 hours!

Today I attempt one of the most difficult runs I have ever tried. The goal: Do a 70 Star ABC run with around 40xA presses! This requires tons of unique glitches and interesting movement that you would otherwise never see. Estimate is around 6-7 hours, so feel free to hang out!

I GOT Rainbow Ride 100 Coins in 3xA presses LETS GOOOO!!! The attempt took 2.5 hours and I am SO glad its over. The hardest A Button challenge star I have done by far, and I doubt anything will top it.

I got the TTC 100 Coin Star in 14 A Presses in Super Mario 64... One of the hardest stars in the Real Time A Button Challenge! I only have a few more to go for 120 star, but WOW what a journey it was. Incredibly difficult but so much cool tech and knowledge one has to acquire.

Forgot to post this earlier, but we got a NEW Blindfolded SM64 - HMC Stage RTA World Record! Finally done with improving this stage, it was an absolute nightmare. Shaved off more than 6 minutes though, which makes me very happy! 9/15 Stages for 120 Star DONE! 😎

NEW BLINDFOLDED BEAT DARKWORLD WORLD RECORD BABY!!! This run was FLAWLESS, we are 2s away from the human limit, everything was perfect. We are TAS gaming blindfolded for 8 minutes straight HOLY 8:29 -> 8:27

Finally did some visual 16 Star speedruns! Sub 18 is a good start, but looking at Sum of Best and using LBLJ route will hopefully mean even better runs soon! Has been really fun to learn some visual strats in the past days!

New Blindfolded SM64 - Beat Dark World WR in 8:32!!! The category is getting close to the human limit, I would estimate a 8:25 is like a human theory TAS level of run. Crazy how optimized we have become over the years! 8:35 -> 8:32

Don't think I posted about this before, but we got a new WR in SM64 - RR Stage RTA! 100 coins and the cannonshot are surprisingly difficult, but the strats should be pretty good now! With this, we have officially optimized 8/15 stages for the upcoming blindfolded 120 Star speedrun!

Definitely keep an eye on this, I am helping out with this endeavor and we hope to get more people interested and excited for international events with this!

Yesterday, we have found the HOLY GRAIL in HMC 100 coins, a consistent and extremely fast setup for the blue coin switch. This was one of the hardest parts in 120 Star, and is now trivially done in a few seconds. My favorite improvement to the route since 2022 so far!

My first VISUAL speedruns are over! After 6 days of practice, I landed myself a 56 minute run in my second visual 70 Star no-reset run, with TONS of timesave still available! Super stoked about the progress, hoping for more improvements soon!

I have been playing visual SM64 speedruns on stream for 3 days now and SO MANY chatters instantly jump to the conclusion that I am done and have quit blindfolded for good 🤣
