Very curious how the removal of skill-based matchmaking is going to work out in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 7. I bet a lot of people are gonna realize they are much worse at COD than they thought.

You can’t trust people that get mad when you talk about playing a game for free on Xbox Game Pass. They know you pay per month and not per game on Game Pass, but that won’t stop them from throwing a tantrum every time you don’t use specific language that fits their anti-Game Pass bias.

You cannot trust people that respond to valid video game criticism and claim the critic has a “skill issue.”

After so-so opening match and awkward end to the second match All Out really shined after that to the very end. Overall a pretty great PPV even by the incredibly high bar set by AEW.

The beauty of AEW PPVs is that they give you the best and biggest dose of wrestling then can possibly provide while still leaving you excited to see what happens next on Dynamite.

AEW produces the best professional wrestling in North America and it isn’t even close.

That new Skate game is pretty bad and one of the worst games I have played so far this year Early access or otherwise.

Despite featuring Tiny Tina as a prominent figure in the game, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is an underrated Borderlands game.

Some people demand Weird Nintendo and then get a small revival of the Virtual Boy with overpriced hardware tied to games on a subscription service and then all of a sudden they can’t handle the idea of Nintendo being weird.

I’m tempted to buy Borderlands 4 at launch just to celebrate the idea of a new Borderlands game not spending every second being painfully unfunny.

Needless to say I think that new Skate game so far is pretty terrible and hasn’t improved much since the early alpha days when I first started playing.

I think EA has managed to make a Skate game without any of the soul or spirit that made the original games special. I don’t mean that in terms of it being a generic free to play game, but in terms of the mechanics and gameplay being present and solid and literally nothing else.

Finally wrapped up my time with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PC. Finished the game and got the platinum trophy. A really great game that I think surpasses the high bar set by Miles Morales both in terms of storytelling and gameplay improvements. One of my favourite gaming experiences so far this year

Gears of War Reloaded feels like the least essential game Microsoft has put out on PS5 so far.

I stopped caring about physical media when I switched to PC gaming. I’m gonna go with the more convienent and cheaper option whenever possible, and that usually isn’t physical media when it comes to movies and tv shows. Also, disc drives in PC’s aren’t really a thing anymore.
