Finished doing my Japanese taxes. It's so much easier than the US taxes, a pretty easy system, nice support and tooling from the Government, not too complicated. Now in a month I'll have to do my US taxes, and that is a completely different story of bureaucratic nonsense.

I spent a bit of time this weekend, and finally got emulation set up on my SteamDeck. I played a crazy amount of PS2 Wizardry: Tales of the Forsaken Land, and wanted to emulate my copy to see how it holds up. It's nice! I'm surprised that the new Wizardry Variants Daphne dungeon seems very similar.

I had my annual health check in Shibuya yesterday. Checked out ok but I need to go back to get an MRI on my pancreas, and I’m too fat. So of course after the health check going to two places I’ve never been before for a great burger and later ice cream probably aren’t helping.

Just finished my first playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3. Took about two years to finish it up. Good game! I definitely recommend it! I do not have the time to do a second playthrough, but am interested in some other ways the end game could have played out, so I might try that again.
