I have to keep reminding myself that I do not have to jump into writing this new story right away. I can let it marinate. It is OK to just think about it for a while and take it slow. And every time I remind myself about that, I feel a sense of calm and relief. No more deadlines for a while!

I always journal before a writing session if I am anxious with personal thoughts. It gets them all "out" into a safe place so I can clear my head for writing.

Don't get discouraged by 1 or 2 star reviews. One of my low stars gave it so because I apparently have magical poop pictures in my book. (I don't)
