The fact you can’t just call a company and talk to a person anymore is ridiculous @microsoft.com @xbox.com has an ai that just hangs up on me immediately. My account was stolen from me by hackers on christmas day and havent heard a peep from support!

Christmas morning was hacked. Lost access to all my accounts. Bank account drained. Im not doing ok…. Ive submitted tickets with steam, discord, microsoft and paypal. Ive yet to hear from any of them.
