When we set up the hundreds chart - or in this case the 0-99 chart - like this we keep the decades together making it easier to see the repetitive pattern of 0-9. So all the 20s are together. All the 30s. Etc. we keep the full decade together in the row! #ElemMathChat

A1: Is it even possible that you would go through a day without counting something? Today I visited many classrooms and counted the number of students in each room. I counted by adding together each small group to get the total.
