The last month has been really costly Battered mobility scooter £250 New mobility scooter (which was free, but the fuel) £84 New glasses £284 New rollator £110 And if I'm honest, I've spent as little as could on all these things, as they are mostly an experiment to see what "aids" work best for me

It's easily 20°c outside today & I'm stuck on my sofa wrapped in clothes, my dressing gown & a blanket. Stupid temperature regulation issues! I also can't go out today, because I'm waiting for some mobility aids to be delivered. So don't say "Just go outdoors" 😅

Well, Vision Express have robbed me blind again. Just shy of £300 for one set of glasses. I will point out, the frames were ONLY £65! But old age is kicking in & I'm twice as reader crap than I was two years ago, so I had no choice really. I'm just glad I'll be able to see things comfortably again 😅
