Poetry review this evening with @therisingtithes.bsky.social Got so much excellent feedback, delivered in such clarity. They were so good at framing criticism in ways that were intelligible, and immediately useful/actionable. Genuinely one of the best crit sessions I have ever had.

Not only is Andrew cooking up something incredibly intriguing, but I am always jazzed to help people discover how to fit poetry into a game, and flexing that muscle as a consultant/editor rather than a writer has been educational for me too. Definitely keep your eyes on this project!

Democratizing the arts looks like universal income, low-barrier grants for both emerging and working artists, well-funded municipal arts & recreation programs, vibrant third spaces, and a well-funded public school system with progressive curriculum. Not a free pass for corporate-owned slop engines.
