Melee is such a good game, and it gets better the better you get

Hello my friends that know more than me (that does mean you) As I approach 30 I have a conundrum where my lower back has started hurting when I run. Usually about .75 mi in to a 1.5 mile run. 99% of the time not bad enough to stop immediately but I don't push it much further. Any advice?

On one hand, I strongly dislike patch culture. It stops you from innovating and learning stuff, because if it is too strong, it can be taken away. And everyone keeps complaining rather than trying to adapt around stuff. On the other hand, thank you @rivals2.com for nerfing water dog.
