Last week we participated in the 1st National Congress of Health and Environment in Lisbon, Portugal, highlighting the progress on #climate & #health and reinforcing that the #climatecrisis is a #healthcrisis. We continue to support national associations in the field with our evidence-based reports.

We had a call for new indicators on #climate and #health last month, and we have received 15 proposals from over 10 different academic institutions across Europe! These proposals will go through a review process to ensure they fit within our indicator criteria. Stay tuned for more! #LancetCountdown

Did you know that our 2024 report found that 10/22 countries in Europe established formal interministerial agreements with health? Recognising the connection between #climatechange and #health is essential to tackle the #climatecrisis, especially as countries prepare to deliver #NDCs3.0 in February.
