NNet can discover of fine-grained gene regulatory networks (GRNs) in scRNA-seq data, eg GRNs of a transitional cell state. A natural complement to PhiSpace! We can use PhiSpace for cell state discovery and then use NNet to uncover gene regulation in cell states of interest 🤔😃
