I have devised a neologism: “irritager”. A young person who is no longer a teenager, but is still fucking annoying.

You know that saying – leave a job long enough and it won't need doing after all? It's true. I no longer have to put away that final box of xmas bits from last year 😁

Happy Easter everyone. Late (chocolate) breakfast for me after TWELVE HOURS sleep 🥳

After 8h birding at the RSPB this morning, I skipped the nap and spent the afternoon helping with lambing instead. What a great day!

So many birds seen and/or heard this morning; the highlights were: avocet, snipe, whitethroat, and nightingale, but also many of my favourites including: treecreeper, blackcap, teal, sedge warbler, lapwing, song thrush, and green woodpecker. A brilliant start to my day! #UKBirding
