And measles infection but NOT vaccination induces “immune amnesia” meaning that 20%-70% of B-cell memory is erased after infection- This is one of the reasons why measles vaccination is crucial—not only does it prevent measles, but it also helps maintain overall immune protection.

Breaking news: The White House budget office is ordering a pause to all grants and loans disbursed by the federal government, according to an internal memo sent to agencies Monday, creating significant confusion across Washington.

Dr. Paul Offit from last week's Roundtable on Vaccines: "The problem is not only that we've largely eliminated these diseases...we've eliminated the memory of these diseases. Parents are now more scared of the safety of vaccines, real or imagined, then the diseases they prevent."
