My bill SB670 that would create a legal framework for commercial self-driving vehicles with strong safety and accountability standards, passed the Senate 35-4.

My bill SB749 to ban the sale of assault weapons and reduce the danger of mass shootings in Virginia just passed the Senate on a party line vote.

Criminals are escaping prosecution because victims and witnesses are afraid if they go to court to press charges, they'll be deported. SB351 simply requires that ICE present a warrant to arrest a person in a courthouse - and it restores the dignity of our judicial system. @acluva.bsky.social
