So this is something I’ve been considering for a while, would be interested to see what everyone thinks… Should the @uksnowmap app have an in-app snow reporting option? This would mean you don’t need to send a #uksnow post on Bluesky / X for it to show up on the map… Thoughts?

Made a couple of tweaks to the way #uksnow reports are pulled in this evening. Images are now being imported correctly again, and there's a duplicate detection system that hopefully means anyone cross-posting over different platforms will only have their first post pulled in.

From what I can gather then it's looking pretty tasty for some #uksnow tomorrow in the Midlands. Still nearly 24 hours out so it could change dramatically but definitely looking interesting!
