Belfast is burning and it’s a slow Doctor Who news day so I figured I’d do a deep dive on the alt effects for Resurrection of the Daleks on the Season 21 box set :). 1/11

Depends. In theory the nukes on the Interceptors are designed to hit UFOs decelerating from lightspeed so hitting the slower Eagles would be much easier. However if the Eagles were spaced out and doing some fancy flying they’d have the upper hand.

Probably the most ambitious alt effect in the entire classic series of Doctor Who, The Myrka, here to completely change the tone of parts 2 and 3 of Warriors of the Deep. Brought to life as both a puppet and a cg scan of the puppet designed by Chris Stevens.

We took a break for a couple of seasons, but we’re back, yeeting bits of plastic across a room for Doctor Who Season 21! Almost 470 shots across 5 stories, more than half of which are in Warriors of the Deep alone, which I'm pretty sure sets a record.

Glad to see the FX for Blake's 7 Series 2 going down so well. :)
