Update on this mystery credit. Rang bank. It came via an HSBC branch in Southampton. I’ve never been to Southampton in my life, so I’m none the wiser. Bank says it will have been from a ‘business or organisation’ rather than an individual. Bank suggests ‘wait & see’ if anyone asks for it back 🤷‍♀️
