Hey, if you struggle with self-image/body issues like I do, saying out loud “Aging is a privilege that not everyone gets to have” helps me recenter myself and releases those negative thought gremlins when I hate what I see in the mirror. Hope this helps someone else the way it helps me. 🫶🏻
