Okay not done yet but wanna just say. Folks, please read or listen to the audiobook of this movie first. Some of the scenes so far I feel had less punch to it, while in the book the protagonist's reason for being on the project was because of his school kids. That part felt glossed over.

I have liked winter, I have always liked winter. Why? Because at least if I'm cold I can just grab a blanket and my heaviest shirt and be alright. When it's hot, all thinking goes out the window. I can't learn anything without A/C. I also get nausea if left mildly hot too long.

Some good news. Bike is repaired. My silly behind had put the wheel backwards and that's why the gears were off. At least I can finally work off some frustration tomorrow

Day 2 of no transportation for my job. -Bike is still in repair shop -Car needs more repairs then we thought -I can't afford to use another sick day. Uber it is -_-

I only work one full time job and I just barely have the time or the energy to learn or do art. Most weekends all I just want to do is just lay in bed and not move until monday rolls back around.

Making the meaningful art that enriches your lives requires the artist to be able to experience and indulge in life to extract its inspiration. Which they cannot do if they are working 4 jobs to make ends meet so that you can enjoy it for free. This is not hard.

Saw 'Teach you a Lesson' on netflix immediately recognized it as an adaptation of the 'True Education' webtoon. I can only sigh at this. For those that don't know, the webtoon did a racism. Not telling you to watch or not, just giving awareness since they tried to change the name and all.

Summer of Gaming was today, and due to work I missed seeing it live. Sadly with youtube just throwing all the spoilers at me of what I missed I feel no real urge to go watch it. I'm not even all that excited for the final chapter of FF7R. I still haven't even finished the second.

So, another town near my own just voted to remove their pride flag from their town hall. I saw the comments, and they're acting like 'the great evil has been vanquished from their town.' One even claimed sanity has returned while I'm looking at them, cackling at how pearl clutched they are.

So I made fun of Bubsy3D in front of @waltjackallope.bsky.social . So after hyping and bullying each other up. I decided to merge him with the bobcat.

2026 has been a whole tire fire ever since after the first week of it. I won't go into the details why as it's a lot I still need to process and may need to go into therapy for. Instead I realized I just saved up enough of a down payment for a used car and that has made me suddenly very happy.

Like that youtube finally put a limiter on shorts but wish they made it hard to turn off the limiter. You can one click ignore it. Like, make it that you have to turn it off on settings and/or having to go through the authorization app to turn it off. I learned making things hard help with these.

One small task
