If I have learned anything through blundering stupidity and gross, unintentional disrespect it is that reaching out via private message is always better than a knee-jerk callout post. (This is a self-reminder)

I love the feel of waking up feeling like shit, and being worried that anything I say can be used against me or my friends... meanwhile I see people just badmouthing my friends for days yet communities associate with them just fine -.=.-

Hear me out here, what if, Adblock, but the filterlist is entirely unwanted AI garbage, summaries, chatbots, "features" just put in to check a checkbox. Teach the industry the same way we did with malvertising and strobing flash player ads that we ain't having it.

If someone brings up drama about someone you know, remember you're not in highschool anymore. Reach out to the person and get clarity instead of believing it outright. People will lie or share misinformation without even realizing.

I need to figure out how to get my creative spark back. Lighting in VRChat isn't as fun anymore after furality shat all over my friendsgroup and my work. Lighting IRL is unobtanium because my rheumatoid arthritis is a complete dice roll if my hands hurt or not. I just miss being creative...

Those who are in my circle know that I have a lot of invalidations when it came to my position as Videography Lead in Furality. There were many incidents that happened behind public eye with little to no accountability at the highest levels. Furality needs to treat its staff far better on all fronts

I still don't know how I feel about Furality. I wish many of my friends luck to create and work on something they're passionate about... But I cannot support an organization that treats many of it's artists and volunteers like disposable items.
