I just finished the remake of Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap! Holy crap, that last dungeon is HARD! I felt like the final boss was really easy compared to the actual dungeon leading up to him. I bought 2 extra potions and never ended up using them.

今週のファミ通 This week’s Famitsu features Honkai Star Rail!

I beat Bare Knuckle II last night on the Switch! Very fun game! I’m not sure if I liked 1 or 2 better, but 2 definitely has better combat. That said, 1’s combat is still fun. Music was great in both games!

I’ve been riding this train to work for 5 years without looking out the window. I looked out the window just now to see a gigantic Mt. Fuji looming in the distance. How cool is that lol That thing is huge. 今まで知らずに電車の窓から富士山が見えるんだ。

I just beat Bare Knuckle for the first time. Beautiful game, clean gameplay. Loved it. I hear everyone praises the second game a lot, looking forward to it! 初めてベアナックルをクリアした！ すごく好きだった！ 2はめっちゃいいってみんなに言われるから楽しみだね！

Honestly, for me personally, each year, the GOTY award medley the orchestra performs is more exciting than the actual award being given out! Amazing performance this year, too!

Really sad I couldn’t stay in time for the rest of the show (gotta go to work!), but I’ll be peeking at what happened later on! May the best game win!

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening has always been my favorite Zelda game. When they announced the remake it literally brought me tears of joy. The original version was RARELY talked about and of all games to get a remake, that one being the one was something special to me!

I’ve cleared almost every level on Mario’s Super Picross for Super Famicom. I cleared all 11 worlds in the Mario section, and I’m on the 11th world in the Wario section with only about 3 more puzzles to solve!

Each winter we get our son a new Ultraman toy. He’s got 3 now. The black one on the right, we got today. He chose it himself.
