Two and a half months ago, I started walking the dog with a 20 lb backpack. It was a workout! Today I'm managing the same pace and distance with a 50 lb ruck. If you can walk, you can ruck, and your body will respond.

I was walking my dog , and stopped to talk with an elderly neighbor. She mentioned she didn’t have anyone to help her with things, so I came back after my walk and gave her my number. Call anytime you need a hand. Do good in the world, wherever you can. It will come back to you.
