The pangenome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is here! We find that it is very small, likely closed, and driven by lineage-specific regions of difference & gene loss. Also, looking at intergenic regions in a pangenome is just as important as gene content difference. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
