Scaled up the turtle shaped island and extended the bridge. Since I upgraded the character controller, it's a lot easier to cover these distances quickly. As long as the bridges aren't flat.

Refining the wind system. Added world space noise so things move a little more randomly. Balloon is now fully dynamic. It had locked rotation and not much wind influence before. Needs SFX next.

Might include this as a setting down the line. The game is already basically setup to allow faster/slower time, since that's how the pause menu works. This is 2x speed. Cozy. Like English breakfast tea with a shot of Redbull.

This is fascinating and I think a thing all indie game devs should think about. I know a lot of people aim for the middle and aim for the mainstream, but I personally don't think that's the right thing to do.

The twins now have line-of-sight and geometry awareness, and can hide from the player and peek out from holes, using correct angles. They'll also wait for cover fire from their teammate before running across an open space.

I just added keyboard and mouse support. Plus basic remapping and camera sensitivity. I may have slightly broken the menu camera(it's too slow now), but I'll fix that tomorrow.

The Early Access is launching in a few days. It's not even close to ready, but it's the best I could do with the time I had. I made a promise to release it before the end of the year so I can't delay. I'm still working feverishly, but I don't recommend buying the game until maybe mid January.
