The best thing about the weekend is not setting the alarm and getting a good sleep after a long week. My body this morning: ooh, it’s just after 4am, let’s wake up now! By 4:45, let’s get up shall we? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

So the last few weeks have been a bit miserable with stomach flare up, constantly nauseous and running to the loo. Been to see my consultant today, I’ve come away with two poo pots and possibly another colonoscopy in the pipe work(deep joy!). Fingers crossed they get on top of it. So, home and soak!

Is it wrong to bury your head in the sand? Watching the news and looking at certain social media just makes me despair of people. I just want to close my gates, lock the door and let the world do its own thing. It’s tiring seeing all the shit and feeling powerless!

The rock and roll lifestyle of this 53 year old. Clean sheets and in bed by 9.30. Bliss!

Morning beauties! It’s a pleasure and pain weekend. Going out for brunch with friends later (slutty butty breakfast bap - it’s a thing!). Then back to some decorating in the bathroom where the shutters came out, and where paintwork has been knocked. “Fuckits” will be used, my nemesis job 🤣

Bed time here, ready to snuggle down at the end of hump day. Sleep tight, sweet dreams and look after each other ❤️

Watched the latest Jurassic movie tonight. Ok as a bit of an adventure romp, but for me, personally, it’s the weakest in the franchise. It had the same formula (which admittedly can become tedious), but without the real feel the rest of the franchise has managed to evoke. Maybe a 6/10.

It’s Saturday night and I’ve got my balls out. Who wants them in their mouth? 😈

Time to grab a wee coffee and sausage sandwich while out shopping 😁

I’ve noticed the first Union flag hanging from a bridge on my way to work, already looking weathered. The people doing this say it’s because they care for their country. So, how about rather than made in China flags, plant some flowers, do some rubbish collecting, tidy up your area? Too much work?

It’s a bit of a chilly evening here and colitis flare up, so won’t be moving far. Even got the blanket out. Nudge me if I snore. 😘
