Time in nature can also improve mental health. I find there's nothing better to relieve stress than being outside surrounded by natural flora and fauna 🌳🌻🐦⬛🦢🏞🦊 a funny story to tell after (stuck in a bog, fell in a puddle, bellyflop over fence after misjudging a stile) is a bonus #mindfulness
