Seemed like a relevant poem. The first stanza was written about the institutional transphobia I experienced in the UK. My biggest hope is that the concluding lines can make people feel connected to a global solidarity. Never lose that feeling. We are strong together. Sending love overseas 🫶🏳️‍⚧️

I fell in love with @fourthdominion.bsky.social's album DIANA'S DAY basically on first listen, so I'm super excited about this book (print and audio!) of poetry from their singer/lyricist/bassist. 🖤

The poetry in this book is inspired by Plath, Rimbaud and Lorde. It saddens me that the transphobia and and anxieties about fascism that inspired many of the poems have become alarmingly relevant. That's why it’s super fking important that you put your queer story out there too. Releases 5/1.
