We finalized our main campaign after 10 years this weekend and I have gone up to the mountains to think and recover. A campaign that had 23 PCs and 11 players at the last session. Over the years we had 22 players contribute to the story with 35 PCs. Ride your dragons my friends and thank you.

A wonderful morning at the lake. Sometimes something as simple as a conversation between friends while tossing a fishing line is all you need. Sometimes it could be a red winged blackbird.

Some interactions are priceless. This is Jerry. Jerry was an evocation wizard while I played a ranger 30+ years ago at our high school table and we were heroes of the realm! School ended and we all spread out to the winds, had our lives but still remember those days.

That moment when your best friend steals your seat. She needs a monacle. Freya seems to be saying, “why hello old chap I saved you a seat right here next to me. Let us watch movies about squirrels together so you may learn the thrill of a good hunt.”

This morning she barely waited for me to get up before she took my spot so happily. I asked her in a playful voice if she was comfy. She lifted her head and I got this. She’s so stinking cute!😊

Reaching the end on the story arc for the game. This is the conversation I just had with Cody (Zorin) after he leveled up to prepare for it. Always keep your players engaged, I just use fear. 😂
