Made a gallon of cold brew Earl Grey tea & I'm 100% convinced that it would mead perfectly. I really need to get my hands on another 6lbs of honey. *looked it up, Earl Grey mead is absolutely a thing that people make. I'm excited to try. Just need to make sure I have the bills locked in first.

When I tell you that canning is one of the best things I've EVER learned to do. I canned a bunch of pinto beans with thick cut jalapeno bacon a while back & I've had a few servings so far & let me just say that they make AMAZING refried beans. Paired with fresh frybread to make the perfect meal.
