I ended up really loving Bat Eater and other names for Cora Zeng. The discussion of ESEA hate (with a focus on Chinese experiences) and hate crimes post covid felt necessary and relevant to read. Beautiful and sad and nightmareish and defiant #booksky

I started It's All in Your Head by Sabina Nordqvist just in time for this challenge. A romance between two chronically I'll characters and its fun so far but I'd definitely reccomend paperback over digital as the formatting leaves much to be desired as an e copy #booksky

Does anyone else find they're more unmasked when masking? Someone apologised for being in my way (??) on the train this morning and I started to try and make the appropriate face for the interaction, then realised I was wearing a mask and dropped all expression immediately. Felt like a relief. #life
