THIS. IMO Australia is violating the Human Rights Convention through the Partner Income Test. Lowering "benefits" based on a partner's income locks many disabled folk in harmful relationships b/c we have no independent income to leave. Our choices shouldn't be poverty, powerlessness, or pity.
